Step into Blue on Church Street in White Plains and you'll think you are in Manhattan. A classy vibe radiates throughout this upscale establishment. Great drinks and great food await. An eclectic menu and the daily specials provide you with a nice array of options. Our only complaint is that there could be a few more choices. We can tell you that what you will order will most likely be delicious. If you haven't been to Blue yet, add it to your list.
