The Cheesecake Factory in White Plains has been crowded on a daily basis ever since they opened the doors a few years ago. If you're looking for huge portions of average food and good desserts, this is the place for you. We're going to go ahead and call this an "overpriced noisy diner". If you're looking to have a conversation over dinner in here on a Saturday night, bring a cone of silence.
